As Kids Club Supervisor, I will fully comprehend the vision of Six Senses to

Duties and Responsibilities

As Kids Club Supervisor, I will assume full responsibility for
the productive operation in the following:

* Responsible for all Kids Club Hosts.

* Plan, organize, conduct, supervise and create kids’ activities.

* Provide an educational yet fun environment for the children.

* Ensure Kids Club room and equipment are setup prior to the children's
arrival, including any audio visual, arts and crafts supplies, books, etc.

* Maintain knowledge of all emergency evacuation drills according to resort
policies.





* Report any health or safety hazards to Kids Club Manager.

* Handle emergency cases according to the established policies & procedures,
e.g. security and medical care, etc., when required.

* Upkeep Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation. My
performance benchmarks are maintained and exceeded.

* Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments.

Qualifications

To execute the position of Kids Club Supervisor, I must have the required
qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury
hotels with proven results and includes the following:

* High school diploma/degree or equivalent from a recognized Early Childhood
school with kindergarten/ school teaching background and at least 2 years’
experience in a similar hotel operational role.

* Technical skills include MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
