Job Description

The Senior Consultant / Principal Consultant is responsible for leading the delivery of Intelligent Infrastructure projects and supporting programmes, ensuring successful outcomes across scope, schedule, cost, quality, and client expectations. The role involves project leadership, stakeholder management, commercial oversight, team coordination, and contributing to business growth and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of Intelligent Infrastructure projects, ensuring agreed scope, programme, cost, quality, and performance objectives are achieved.
Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, resource forecasts, risk registers, and delivery controls.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change.
Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships, acting as a key point of contact for project delivery matters.
Manage project finances, including forecasting, resource planning, fee management, change control, and contractual compliance.
Ensure compliance with internal processes,



governance requirements, quality standards, and client obligations.
Maintain effective project reporting, documentation, risk management, and assurance activities.
Provide leadership, mentoring, and support to project teams, promoting collaboration and high performance.
Support business growth through client engagement, bid support, work-winning activities, and identification of recent opportunities.
Contribute to continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and the development of project management best practices across the business.
