Build a digital first education brand | Mentorship from seasoned HUL marketers

Altera Institute is hiring a brand manager to help setup and shape Altera Institute as a digital first, recent-age learning brand for millennials and Gen Z audiences.

As an Associate Brand Manager, you will need to understand the needs, motivations and gaps of potential learners in depth. You will then need to marry it with the brand and create compelling communications for digital platforms like Instagram and YouTube. You will also be building the communication architecture for all campus engagements and learner interactions (remarketing and referral funnels).

To do this, you will work with a team of designers, editors and creatives. The role is expected to be hands on with full ownership for the end to end process, right from ideation to execution.

This is a critical pillar for Digiaccel Learning and you will be working directly with the Founders.

Key Responsibilities
• Defining and executing the communication pillars for Altera Institute’s brand
• Run social media for Altera Institute across platforms - Instagram and LinkedIn. This includes all creative formats incl statics, short form and long form.
• Crafting and owning the content and creative strategy.
• Working with creative producers to land engaging creative formats for the content pieces.
