We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in Transfer Agency Processor
In this role, you will:
Work effectively both independently and as part of a team, using your own initiative to deliver consistent customer support.
Priorities tasks and manage your time well, ensuring customer requests are handled accurately within agreed timeframes.
Identify and escalate potentially critical issues promptly,



helping protect customers and the business by involving the right teams at the right time.
Highly effective communication by telephone and in writing, ensuring messages are accurate, courteous, and easy to understand.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to support and engage clients at all levels in a clear, professional manner.
Confident in identifying and escalating issues promptly when they may impact the Bank’s client relationships or service standards.
Solid understanding of AML/KYC requirements as they apply to Transfer Agency activities, supporting compliant and consistent client service.
Proven ability to work to tight deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail and delivering high-quality outcomes.
Review KYC documentation promptly and accurately for both new and existing investors and maintain a 100% accurate KYC status record in the AML database.
