We are hiring only FIELD EXECUTIVES who are ready to work on-site and manage real customer projects.
⚠️ This is NOT a digital, BD, telecalling, or office job.
If you enjoy meeting customers, visiting sites, solving real-world problems, and coordinating projects on the ground — this role is for you.
? What You Will Do (Field-Based Role)
✅ Customer First Visit & Requirement Understanding
• Visit customer homes to understand painting or renovation needs
• Take site measurements, photos, and project details
• Explain services and guide customers professionally
✅ Quotation & Project Kick-off
• Prepare requirement-based quotations with office support
• Assist customers in finalizing scope and initiating projects
✅ Project Coordination (End-to-End)
• Coordinate between customers, vendors, and internal teams
• Monitor painting and renovation work at site
• Ensure timelines, quality, and smooth execution
✅ Customer Relationship Management
• Act as the single point of contact for assigned projects
• Handle concerns and ensure customer satisfaction
? Who Should Apply
✔️ 1–3 years experience in field sales, site execution, home services, construction, interiors, or painting
✔️ Comfortable with daily field visits and on-site work
✔️ Strong communication & problem-solving skills
✔️ Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects
✔️ Two-wheeler mandatory
✔️ Energetic, responsible, execution-driven mindset
