Job Details
Position: Expeditor
Location: Vadodara
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:30 PM

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure purchase orders are acknowledged and delivered as per committed timelines.
Track purchase orders from placement through final delivery.
Monitor in-transit shipments and maintain regular communication with suppliers and logistics partners.
Proactively communicate potential delivery delays to the Project Management team.
Resolve shipment, documentation,



and invoicing issues with vendors.
Coordinate with the Plant Material Manager to ensure timely material availability.
Work closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and logistics providers to maintain uninterrupted material flow.
Maintain accurate shipment records and delivery schedules.
Identify opportunities to improve supplier performance and reduce lead times.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and expedite critical materials when required.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related discipline.
Experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Expediting, Vendor Coordination, or Logistics.
Robust communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Experience in the Manufacturing or Transformer industry will be an added advantage.
