Person should be MCA/BE/BTECH
Must have 3-5 years of experience as a BA/PM.
Must have Positive documentation skills.
Must have good communication skills.
Must have exposure of team handling.
Must be proficient in flow charts, DFDs, UML diagrams.

Preferred Skills
PMP or any project management certification
Worked with a product based company.
Worked as a Developer.
Must have exposure to client interaction.
Must have good analytical skills.
