The role involves supporting enterprise applications, troubleshooting production issues, managing deployments, maintaining application stability, and driving automation initiatives in an Agile setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor application health and resolve production incidents
Manage deployments, upgrades, security patches, and releases
Troubleshoot Kubernetes and containerized environments
Collaborate with DevOps, Infrastructure, Database, and Vendor teams
Support CI/CD pipelines and Agile delivery processes
Mentor junior engineers and maintain operational documentation
Preferred Experience:
Banking/Financial Services domain
Security patching and vulnerability remediation
High-availability and mission-critical systems
