You have project management and project coordination experience handling multiple solar projects relating to small solar rooftop and also preferably solar pump projects
You have completed Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical or Renewable Energy along with 1 to 4 years experience working in solar company
You have capability to handle/oversee 20 to 40 projects per month of size 2KW to 5KW
You can join immediately working full time from our Kolkata Office and also available to come immediately for physical interview
You accept salary level of Rs 25000 to 30000 per month

Responsibilities
 Manage end-to-end execution of PM Surya Ghar rooftop solar projects and PM Kusum Solar Pump projects. Expected to manage/oversee 20 to 40 projects per month of sizes 2KW to 5KW.
 Coordinate with customers, survey teams, installers and vendors for timely project completion.
 Review site surveys, system designs and BOQs before execution.
 Plan installation schedules and ensure material availability.
 Monitor installation quality and adherence to safety standards.




 Resolve on-site technical and execution issues.
 Coordinate with DISCOMs for net metering, inspections and approvals.
 Ensure timely submission of PM Surya Ghar subsidy documentation.
 Track project progress and maintain daily MIS and project reports.
 Ensure projects are commissioned on time with high customer satisfaction.
