Lettings Negotiator

Here at Redbrik, a proudly independent and forward-thinking business, we are searching for an enthusiastic Lettings Negotiator to join our team. As a Lettings Negotiator, you are at the very forefront of our business, showcasing our brand and talking passionately about properties.

Key Responsibilities

Negotiating new tenancy applications and dealing with initial enquiries.
Showcasing our properties as a brand ambassador to potential tenants.
Developing current investor relationships and offering investment advice on where to where/what to buy.
Generating new business and supporting the team in carrying out market appraisals.

Previous Lettings Experience Is Beneficial But Not Essential.

Salary £24,000 to £27,400 OTE (dependent on experience)

Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00am-5:30pm, plus every third Saturday 9:30am-2:30pm

Driving licence is required.
