For over 30 years, we have been serving OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and foundries across India with die casting release agents, plunger lubricants, laser ceramic plunger tips, cover fluxes, degassing tablets, and other specialized products.

As we continue to expand across India, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to strengthen customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to our growth.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain regular contact with existing customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and in-person meetings.
Build solid, long-term relationships with customers and understand their operational requirements.
Visit customer plants to gather feedback, understand challenges, and coordinate with the technical team for timely resolution.
Identify and develop new customers in the aluminium die casting, foundry, and related manufacturing industries.




Generate leads through field visits, industrial directories, LinkedIn, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, ExportersIndia, exhibitions, and referrals.
Manage and respond promptly to enquiries received through IndiaMART, TradeIndia, ExportersIndia, and other online platforms.
Follow up on quotations, samples, trials, purchase orders, and outstanding enquiries.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, visits, and sales activities in CRM or Excel.
Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
Represent Sunrise Metachem professionally during customer meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.
Continuously monitor market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.

Requirements
4+ years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Industrial Marketing, or Customer Relationship Management.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engine
