Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive sales closures for our residential interior projects. The ideal candidate should possess robust sales, negotiation, and customer relationship skills. Prior experience in the interior industry is not mandatory. Candidates from any B2C sales background who have a proven track record of converting leads into business are encouraged to apply. The Pre-Sales team will provide qualified leads. The BDE will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, preparing project estimates/BOQs, presenting solutions, negotiating commercials, and successfully closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Management & Client Consultation
• Connect with qualified leads provided by the Pre-Sales team.
• Understand customer requirements, preferences, budget, and project expectations.
• Conduct consultation meetings and build strong customer relationships.

Solution Presentation




• Explain OpalSpace's interior solutions and service offerings to prospective customers.
• Guide customers through project scope, timelines, materials, and execution process.
• Prepare and share project estimates and BOQs based on customer requirements.

Sales & Business Development
• Drive the complete sales cycle from lead engagement to deal closure.
• Follow up regularly with prospects and maintain sales momentum.
• Handle objections confidently and provide suitable solutions.
• Negotiate commercials and convert inquiries into confirmed projects.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Customer Experience
• Ensure a smooth and positive customer journey throughout the sales process.
• Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate project handover after closure.
• Maintain long-term relationships for referrals and repeat business.

CRM & Reporting
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and closures.
• Prepare sales reports
