Role & Responsibilities

Own 5–8 junior to mid-level hiring mandates per month across tech and non-tech verticals — from sourcing to offer closure.
Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, job boards, and cold outreach — hitting 15+ qualified profiles per role.
Conduct 10–15 screening calls weekly, assessing role fit, motivation, and salary expectations.
Run end-to-end coordination: schedule interviews, share feedback, negotiate offers, and manage onboarding handoff.




Maintain 100% candidate CRM hygiene in Greenhouse/Workable — tracking status, notes, and feedback within 24 hrs.
Hit monthly KPIs — 80%+ offer acceptance rate, 7–10 day time-to-fill, 15+ hires/month (variable based on target).
