KCAL operates its manufacturing facility in Thiruttani, Tamil Nadu, with an installed production capacity of approximately 680 tonnes per month. With an annual turnover of approximately ₹200 crore and a workforce of around 234 employees, KCAL has established itself as a key player in the automotive HVAC component segment.

Job Summary

We are seeking a energetic and strategic ‘Head of Finance/ Senior Manager Finance’ to lead the Finance function for this business in Thiruttani. This role is responsible for complete financial governance, including financial planning & analysis, accounting, statutory compliance, budgeting, treasury, taxation, audit, and business partnering. The ideal candidate will ensure robust financial control, drive profitability improvements, and provide strategic insights to support management decision-making and long term business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Leadership




Provide strategic financial direction to support business growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
Lead the finance team across accounting, FP&A;, costing, treasury, and compliance.
Establish and strengthen internal financial controls, policies, and governance frameworks.

2. Financial Planning, Budgeting & FP&A;
Lead budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long range financial planning.
Conduct detailed P&L;, balance sheet, cash flow and variance analysis.
Provide actionable insights to management through MIS and business review presentations.
Partner with manufacturing, procurement, operations, and sales to understand cost drivers and business performance.

3. Controllership & Accounting
Oversee all accounting operations, month/Quarter closing, reconciliations, and ledger accuracy.
Ensure timely preparation of financial statements as per Ind AS accounting standards.
