We are looking for a Product Support Specialist to handle the technical integration, email security configuration, and infrastructure alignment for our security awareness platform. This role focuses on email authentication, environment whitelisting, and basic technical troubleshooting.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Daily Tasks:
Monitor group mailboxes and respond to drill feedback, reporting issues, training queries, SOP escalations, and support requests.
Raise and track ServiceNow tickets for awareness and training-related issues.
Monitor completion of Cyber Security Modules, Refresher Trainings, Phishing Defaulter Trainings, and newly assigned training modules.
Send reminders to defaulters, coordinate ID deactivation for non-compliant users, and track reactivation after training completion.
Coordinate phishing/ransomware drill execution with AQ and manage UAT requirements.
Collect, validate, and update defaulter reports in the Master Tracker.
Support UAT for mock drills, awareness modules, workshops, and communication campaigns.
Monitor FTC onboarding in Bank AD and AQ AD,



ensuring directory synchronization and reporting mapping issues.

Monthly Tasks:
Coordinate monthly awareness campaigns and UAT execution with ISG.
Track training completion, drill defaulters, and escalate unresolved cases.
Coordinate workshop rollout, attendance tracking, quiz scores, and feedback.
Maintain organized documentation of emails, reports, screenshots, audit logs, and activity trackers.

Annual Tasks:
Plan the annual awareness calendar, including Cyber Jagrookta Divas, Data Privacy Day, Cybersecurity Awareness Month, and other awareness events.
Maintain audit-ready documentation for campaigns, trainings, drills, and compliance evidence.
Archive historical awareness, training, phishing drill, and compliance records.
Review and improve SOPs, escalation processes, tracking formats, communication templates, and UAT sign-off flows.
