Sr. Manager/ Manager – Finance & Accounts

About The Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Manager – Finance & Accounts to oversee day-to-day finance operations and support the company's finance processes. The role requires a robust understanding of accounting principles, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and process management, along with the ability to handle highly confidential financial information with integrity and discretion.

The ideal candidate should be analytical, process-driven, and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
Maintain books of accounts and ensure financial records are complete, accurate, and up to date.
Process vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and banking transactions in a timely manner.
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow and fund movements.
Prepare monthly, quarterly,



and annual financial reports and MIS.
Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance workings and coordinate timely filings.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors and ensure timely closure of audit requirements.
Maintain effective internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other financial reconciliations.
Identify opportunities to improve finance processes, controls, and operational efficiency.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors on finance-related matters.
Maintain strict confidentiality while handling financial and employee-related information.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CA, CA Inter, or MBA (Finance) preferred.
4-8 years of relevant
