Key Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze client HR business requirements.
Prepare BRDs, FSDs, process flows, user stories, and solution documents.
Work closely with Implementation, Product, and Engineering teams to configure HRMS solutions.
Support UAT, client interactions, process mapping, and project delivery.

What We're Looking For:

1–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, HRMS Implementation Consultant, or HR Generalist with HR Tech exposure.
Hands-on experience with HCM/HRMS platforms (ZingHR, Darwinbox, PeopleStrong, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Workday, Ramco, Keka, etc.).
Robust understanding of HR processes, documentation, and stakeholder management.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
