PMP / PMI-SP / PRINCE2 Certification (Mandatory)
Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)
Experience: 6–8 years (Minimum 4 years of relevant Project Scheduling experience)
Selection Process: Hyrgpt test will be the 1st level of assessment.
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications
Core Expertise: Deep hands-on experience in MPP, WBS, CPM, Integrated Master Schedule, Float Analysis, and schedule baseline maintenance.
Tools: Mastery in Microsoft Project (MPP) is mandatory. Candidates must also have solid working knowledge of at least two of the following: Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, Planner, Monday.com, or ServiceNow PPM.
Methodologies: Demonstrated fluency across Waterfall, Agile (Scrum/Kanban), Hybrid, and ideally SAFe or PRINCE2.
Certification: PMP, PMI-SP (Scheduling Professional), or PRINCE2.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to present risk/trade-offs to executive stakeholders, and experience with AI-integrated workflows.




Role Summary
The Project Scheduler will own the schedule quality—managing dependencies, critical paths, and resource loading. Responsibilities include defining work plans, managing cross-functional teams, and driving delivery across diverse IT streams (e.g., Cloud migration, ITSM, or Infrastructure transformation).
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain integrated master schedules across multiple platforms.
Develop WBS structures, sprint backlogs, and milestone plans.
Perform critical path analysis and manage schedule compression (fast-tracking/crashing).
Flag over-allocation and resource capacity risks proactively.
Lead cutover and hypercare planning.
Consult with client stakeholders to define and align project solutions with business needs.
