Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented HR Manager to support HR initiatives and operations across SFI Impact Foundation and its three initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building a strong organizational culture, streamlining HR processes, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across our multi-sectoral teams.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

1.



HR Operations & Process Management
Implement and manage HR processes that promote a high-performance, values-driven culture across portfolio organizations.
Oversee the end-to-end performance management cycle, ensuring timely goal-setting, feedback, and appraisal closure.
Maintain accurate employee data, HR records, and reports; ensure compliance with all statutory and internal requirements
Standardize and streamline HR operations including onboarding, exits, payroll coordination, and policy implementation for consistency across organization
Support leadership in policy interpretation and employee queries to ensure fairness and alignment with organizational val
