Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP CS Consultant with solid expertise in SAP Customer Service (CS). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in implementing and supporting SAP CS solutions, working with cross-functional teams, and delivering business-driven solutions. Experience with SAP SD and SAP S/4HANA will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Gather business requirements and configure SAP CS solutions.
Work on Service Contracts, Service Orders, Service Notifications, Warranty Management, and Repair Processing.
Integrate SAP CS with MM, FI/CO, PP, and other SAP modules.
Support SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration projects.
Work with IDocs, ALE, and EDI integrations.
Collaborate with ABAP and technical teams for enhancements and support.
Participate in testing, UAT, and production support activities.

Experience
7+ years of hands-on SAP CS experience.
Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
Experience in rollout, support, and enhancement projects.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
SAP CS or SAP S/4HANA certification is an added advantage.
