Job Summary
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, team management, client servicing, and digital marketing expertise to drive successful marketing initiatives for both the company and its clients.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business objectives and client goals.
Plan, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, email marketing, and other digital platforms.
Oversee content creation, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and quality across all marketing materials.
Manage and mentor the marketing team, including designers, content creators, and digital marketing specialists.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing campaigns and projects.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights to improve results.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend monitoring.
Manage client relationships and participate in strategy discussions, presentations, and campaign reviews.
Oversee social media strategy, content calendars, and community engagement activities.
Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to support lead generation initiatives.
Manage marketing budgets and ensure productive allocation of resources.
Ensure all marketing activities are aligned with brand guidelines and industry best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 4–6 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, SEO, and paid advertising.
Experience managing multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.
