Hiring: Production Planning & Control (PPC) Engineer

Automotive / Rubber / Engineering Manufacturing
5–10 years in Production Planning & Scheduling
Solid experience in production planning, MRP & inventory control
Hands-on with ERP systems & Advanced Excel
Ability to coordinate Production, Procurement, Quality, Stores & Dispatch

Silver Muller Seals LLP (60+ years, 20,000+ SKUs) is strengthening its manufacturing operations.
We are looking for a technically strong PPC professional who can own production planning from customer demand to dispatch, ensuring optimum machine utilization, material availability, and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Daily, weekly & monthly production planning
Capacity planning based on machines, moulds & manpower
Production scheduling and shop floor loading
Material Requirement Planning (MRP)
Raw material, bought-out & packaging planning
WIP monitoring and production tracking
Inventory optimization and shortage prevention
Production order release and schedule adherence




Coordination with Production, Procurement, Quality, Tool Room, Stores & Dispatch
Daily MIS, production dashboards & KPI reporting
Identify bottlenecks and improve production flow

Preferred Experience
Automotive components, rubber moulding, oil seals, gaskets, polymers or precision manufacturing
Understanding of BOMs, Routing, Lead Time & Capacity Planning
Experience with ERP-driven manufacturing environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
