SkillX is hiring a Performance Marketing Officer to lead our paid digital advertising efforts across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads. This is a high-impact role for a data-driven marketer who thrives on lead generation, campaign optimization, and ROI-driven growth — ideally someone with EdTech or education-sector experience who understands how to market learning products to students, parents, or professionals in Kerala and beyond.
You'll own campaign strategy end-to-end: planning, execution, budget optimization, creative direction, and performance reporting — working closely with design, content, and sales teams to hit aggressive growth targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Plan, execute, and optimize paid performance marketing campaigns on Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads to drive lead generation, conversions, and brand engagement.
Manage budget allocation, A/B testing, audience targeting,



and bid optimization across platforms to maximize ROAS and CPL efficiency.
Build and maintain social media content calendars, managing brand pages for consistent, high-impact communication.
Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals and creative strategy.
Track, analyze, and report weekly campaign performance (CTR, CPL, ROAS, conversion rate) using Google Analytics and platform dashboards, with actionable insights for optimization.
Stay current on digital marketing trends, algorithm updates, and paid media best practices across Meta and Google ecosystems.
Support strategic marketing initiatives contributing to SkillX's growth, visibility, and market positioning in the EdTech space.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Diploma/Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, or a related field.
2–3 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing, with EdTech or education-sector e
