We are looking for a motivated and analytical Business Analyst Trainee to join our team.



This role is ideal for freshers who are interested in understanding business requirements, analysing processes, working with stakeholders, and contributing to software development projects.

As a Business Analyst Trainee, you will work closely with clients, project managers, developers, and QA teams to understand requirements and help translate business needs into clear technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

* Understand and document business and client requirements.
* Conduct requirement gathering through discussions, meetings, and research.
* Prepare *BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams*.
* Analyse existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.
* Coordinate with development and QA teams to ensure requirements are properly understood.
