The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
Responsibilities
Lead the IoT devices commissioning
Perform site survyes with heavy focus on HVAC within Buildings and Indsutries
Manage cable laying and panal building
Set project timeline
Monitor project deliverables
Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them
Manage clients, vendors, colleagues from software and hardware background

Qualifications




Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Strong business acumen in project planning and management
Solid verbal, written, and organizational skills
Ability to manage tough conversation and negotiations with vendors

Experience
5-10 years of experience in BMS/IoT systems commissioning
Hands on experience on drawing creation
Excellent skills in MS Excel or other project management tools
One of the PLC or native IoT programming skills
Desired: Delta, Honneywell

Salary
6 to 10 lacs per annum
