About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive with 3–5 years of experience to drive business growth through client acquisition, relationship building, and business development across equipment leasing and asset finance.

Key Responsibilities
* Identify new business opportunities and acquire clients.
* Generate leads through calls, emails, networking,



and market research.
* Understand client needs and recommend suitable leasing/financing solutions.
* Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to closure.
* Explore new markets, industries, and customer segments.
* Build relationships with corporates, MSMEs, dealers, vendors, and channel partners.
* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth lead conversion.
* Maintain sales pipelines and achieve business targets.
* Monitor market trends, competitors, and potential customer segments.

Requirements
* 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or financial services.
* Robust B2B acquisition and lead-generation experience.
* Ability to develop current markets, industries, and customer segments.
* Strong networking skills with corporates, MSMEs, dealers, vendors, and channel partners.
* Experience managing the end-to-end sales cycle.
* Graduate/MBA in Business, Finance
