What You will Drive at Bizom
● Manage end-to-end implementation and onboarding of Bizom, a leading SaaS-based supply chain and sales force automation platform for the FMCG/CPG industry.
● Understand customer business requirements and configure the product to match their operational needs.
● Work closely with master data, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely support to customers.
● Act as the bridge between customers and internal teams by clearly communicating requirements, feedback, and challenges.
● Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure faster issue resolution and smooth project execution within defined SLAs.
● Help customers understand the product better through training, report generation, and product guidance.
● Gather, document, and validate customer requirements and ensure proper sign-offs during every stage of implementation.
