Position Summary
As a Telesales Consultant, you will be responsible for generating sales by connecting with prospective and existing customers over phone calls and WhatsApp. You will educate customers about GauNeeti's products, understand their requirements, convert enquiries into subscriptions/orders, and build long-term customer relationships through timely follow-ups.




Your success will be measured through sales conversions, revenue generation, customer satisfaction, and CRM discipline.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Revenue Generation
Contact prospective customers from the assigned database.
Explain GauNeeti's product range, perks, subscription plans, and ongoing offers.
Convert enquiries into product trials, subscriptions, and repeat purchases.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Upsell and cross-sell relevant GauNeeti products.
Customer Relationship Management
Build trust with customers by understanding their lifestyle and nutritional needs.
Resolve customer queries with confidence and empathy.
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects.
Encourage repeat business and customer referrals.
CRM & Data Management
Update every customer interaction in the CRM.
Ensure accurate tagging of calls and lead status.
Record follow-up dates, trial completion dates, and customer
