Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated ESG Business Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) frameworks, sustainability reporting standards, and business analysis. The role involves working closely with product, AI/ML, engineering, and research teams to translate ESG requirements into functional product features and client solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze ESG regulations, reporting frameworks, and sustainability standards.
Gather, document, and prioritize business and functional requirements.
Collaborate with AI/ML, Product, and Engineering teams to design ESG-focused technology solutions.




Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, and process flows.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis on ESG products and regulations.
Support the development of AI-driven ESG products and sustainability solutions.
Coordinate with stakeholders to validate business requirements and ensure successful implementation.
Assist in product testing, UAT, and quality assurance.
Prepare presentations, reports, and product documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Stay updated on global ESG regulations, sustainability trends, and emerging technologies.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in ESG, Sustainability, Business Analysis, Consulting, or a similar role.
