? Role Overview

Experience: 12–15 years in hospitality sales leadership
Drive overall sales strategy across Corporate, MICE, Travel Trade, and Weddings & Events
Mentor and inspire multi-segment sales teams to achieve ambitious revenue goals
Build strategic partnerships with corporates, OTAs, event planners, and high-net-worth clients
Represent the property at global hospitality forums and industry events
Provide market intelligence and competitor benchmarking to guide leadership decisions
