Job Description
Senior Payroll Analyst will primarily support APAC payroll operations and serve as a key backup across multiple APAC countries. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely,
and compliant payroll delivery while partnering with internal stakeholders and external payroll vendors.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end payroll processing across APAC countries on a monthly and semi-monthly basis, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Serve as a payroll subject matter expert (SME) for APAC payroll operations, including local statutory requirements, taxation, and labour law compliance.
Partner with HR, Finance, employees, and external payroll vendors to ensure seamless payroll delivery and issue resolution.
Perform payroll validations, reconciliations, and compliance checks to maintain a robust control environment.
Support payroll accounting activities, funding requirements, statutory payments, and audit requests.
Identify opportunities to streamline and standardise payroll processes, with a focus on automation and continuous improvement.
Maintain robust working relationships with external payroll providers, including ADP Glob
