Experience: 3–6 Years (Real Estate Experience Mandatory)
Key Responsibilities
Prepare project schedules, WBS, and construction timelines.
Monitor project progress and track milestones.
Identify delays, risks, and recommend corrective actions.
Coordinate with Project, Site, Procurement, and Consultant teams.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Monitor manpower, material, and equipment utilization.
Update project schedules and support resource planning.
Prepare MIS reports and planning documentation.
Requirements
B.E. in Civil Engineering.
3–6 years of planning experience with a real estate developer.
Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
Robust knowledge of MS Excel and project planning.
Ability to read architectural, structural & MEP drawings.
Experience in redevelopment/high-rise projects preferred.
