Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Butler role based in Delhi. The Butler will oversee the guest experience during events, ensuring attentive, discreet, and personalized service throughout each function. Responsibilities include greeting and escorting guests, coordinating with service staff to manage table setups,



buffet and live stations, and supervising the flow of food and beverages. The Butler will maintain service standards, handle special requests, and respond to guest needs promptly and professionally. The role also involves liaising with the culinary and operations teams, monitoring cleanliness and presentation in service areas, and supporting pre-event preparations and post-event wrap-up to ensure a seamless experience.
Qualifications
Strong hospitality and customer service skills, with the ability to provide personalized, high-touch guest experience.
Event service and coordination skills, including table service, buffet management, and supervision of service staff during high-end functions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests, colleagues, and leadership in a qualified manner.
