Role Description The Commission Sales Associate is a full-time, hybrid role based in Kochi, with some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves welcoming clients, understanding their style preferences, presenting luxury fabrics and garments, and guiding them through product selections and fittings. The associate will manage the sales process from initial consultation to purchase, including measurements, order coordination, and follow-up for alterations or custom pieces.



Daily tasks include maintaining product knowledge on high-end brands, updating client records, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with the tailoring and design teams to ensure a seamless client experience. The role also includes basic inventory checks, visual merchandising support, and participation in promotions or events to drive sales.
Qualifications
Robust sales and customer service skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships and work on a commission-based structure.
Knowledge of luxury fashion, fabrics, and tailoring concepts, or a strong interest and willingness to learn these areas.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain product features clearly and professionally.
Comfort with hybrid work arrangements, basic computer literacy, and the ability to manage client information and appointments efficiently.
