As a Senior Transformation Project Manager / Delivery Manager, you will spearhead large-scale business and technology transformation programs across Banking and Financial Services. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery, driving governance, engaging senior stakeholders, and ensuring strategic objectives translate into successful outcomes.

✅ Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage large-scale transformation and change programs within Banking & Financial Services.
Drive end-to-end project delivery, implementation, and change management activities.
Define, document, and manage business and change requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Establish and maintain effective governance frameworks, including Steering Committees (PSCs), Working Groups, and executive forums.
Manage project RAID logs, status reporting, financial tracking, business cases, investment approvals, and delivery metrics.
Collaborate with business, operations, technology, and transformation teams to ensure successful execution.
Engage, influence, and manage senior stakeholders across business and technology functions.
Support multi-market initiatives and global delivery models.
Champion Agile ways of working and collaborate with distributed teams across regions.
