Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented US IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for our US-based clients. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals across various technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements
Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements
Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and clients




Negotiate salary/rates and close positions
Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
Ensure timely submissions and closures
Required Skills:
Strong understanding of US IT recruitment
Hands-on experience with job portals (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.)
Good knowledge of visa types (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, etc.)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills:
Experience in working with direct clients / implementation partners
Solid negotiation and closure skills
Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously
