Are you a driven sales skilled with strong experience in the stainless steel industry? We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Business Development Manager to join our growing team and lead business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute effective sales & business development strategies to achieve targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence in domestic and/or export markets.
• Monitor market trends, pricing, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
✔ Graduate in any discipline (preferably Commerce/Engineering/Business).
✔ 3–10 years of experience in Stainless Steel sales & business development.
✔ Strong knowledge of stainless steel grades such as SS 202, SS 304, SS 316, SS 430, etc.
✔ Experience in stainless steel sheets, coils, pipes, tubes,



or related products.
✔ Strong industry network in metal, trading, fabrication, or industrial sectors.
✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
✔ Target-oriented with a strong business development mindset.
✔ Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
