The Role
We're hiring a Backend Developer who wants to build the core systems behind a category-defining AI product — not maintain someone else's legacy stack.
You'll work directly with the founding team in a lean pod structure: small, high-trust, multi-disciplinary teams that own outcomes end-to-end. No layers of approval, no waiting for a Jira ticket to thaw. You ship, you measure, you iterate.
This is an AI-native engineering org. We expect every engineer to be fluent with modern AI dev tooling — Claude Code, Cursor, agentic workflows, LLM-in-the-loop systems — not as a novelty but as the default way we build. If you're still writing every line by hand and treating AI as "cheating," this isn't the right fit.
