Role Description The Kitchen Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for overseeing day-to-day kitchen operations for multiple events. This role includes planning menus with the culinary team, supervising food preparation and cooking, and ensuring consistent food quality and presentation. The Kitchen Manager coordinates kitchen staff schedules,



manages inventory and procurement of ingredients, and enforces hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards. This role also involves liaising with event coordinators, managing timelines for large and small functions, controlling food costs, and supporting the training and development of kitchen team members to maintain high service standards.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in Food Preparation and Cooking, with the ability to manage high-volume production while maintaining taste and consistency.
Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including menu planning, portion control, and cost management.
Candidates should possess expertise in Food Quality standards, food safety, and hygiene practices relevant to large-scale catering.
Candidates should possess Culinary Management skills, including team supervision, scheduling, and coordination during peak event times
