Designation:
Marketing Manager – E-commerce

Educational Qualification:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, Digital Marketing, or a related discipline from a recognized university.
• MBA in Marketing, Digital Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field will be preferred.
• Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Advertising, Google Analytics, SEO, or Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.
Experience:
• Minimum 6–10 years of experience in E-commerce, Digital Marketing, Marketplace Management, or Performance Marketing.
• Proven experience in managing online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, and other leading e-commerce platforms.
• Hands-on experience in performance marketing, marketplace advertising, SEO, content marketing, CRM, and customer acquisition strategies.
• Experience in planning and executing large-scale promotional campaigns such as Prime Day, Big Billion Days, Outstanding Indian Festival, festive sales, and seasonal promotions.




• Strong analytical experience using Google Analytics, Amazon Brand Analytics, marketplace dashboards, and digital marketing reporting tools.
Role Summary:
The Marketing Manager – E-commerce will be responsible for developing and executing Tee Ess' e-commerce marketing strategy to drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, brand visibility, and profitability across online marketplaces and digital channels. The role involves managing marketplace advertising, digital campaigns, performance marketing, SEO, content strategy, promotional planning, customer retention initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize online sales, strengthen Tee Ess' digital presence, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
