Role Description The Costing Senior Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Morbi, responsible for managing and optimizing product costing of plant using SAP HANA Costing module.
Month end activities and daily tasks include gathering and analyzing production, material, and overhead data; preparing detailed cost sheets; and supporting price recommendations for existing and new products.
Collaborating with production, procurement, finance, and sales teams to ensure accurate cost allocation, monitor cost variances, and identify opportunities for savings without compromising quality.
Assist in budgeting, margin analysis, and periodic reporting to management,



while maintaining strong documentation and compliance with internal policies.
Qualifications
Costing and financial analysis skills, including experience with product costing, variance analysis, and margin evaluation.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools like SAP CO Module, MS Excel to manage and review cost-related information.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, particularly in ceramics, tiles, or bathware, and understanding of materials, labor, and overhead cost structures.
Robust attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and ability to work with large datasets
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
CMA or Inter CMA or MBA Finance or M.com/B.com with Costing experience
Relevant experience in a costing or finance role within a manufacturing environment
Ability to work on-site in Morbi, demonstrate integrity in handling financial data, and adapt to ev
