Job Title: Business Development Executive – Field Marketing & Lead Generation

About the Role :
We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and proactive Business Development Executive to drive our on-ground marketing and lead generation initiatives across Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing BTL campaigns, managing field operations, developing strategic local partnerships, and driving high-quality lead generation to achieve business growth objectives.
This role requires solid execution, field coordination, and stakeholder management capabilities to ensure maximum brand visibility and revenue generation through offline marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities
BTL Strategy & Field Execution
* Execute comprehensive BTL marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
* Plan, organize, and manage offline marketing activities including roadshows, educational seminars, workshops, kiosks, mall activations, corporate events, and campus engagement programs.




* Ensure smooth execution of all promotional activities while maintaining brand consistency.

Lead Generation & Sourcing
* Drive high-quality lead generation through innovative on-ground BTL initiatives.
* Identify new sourcing hubs, events, and footfall areas to expand market reach.
* Work closely with internal Sales teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and maximize conversions.
* Gather localized market intelligence regarding trends and competitor activities.

On-Ground Team Management
* Oversee promoter teams and field staff during activations.
* Conduct regular field visits and offer hands-on guidance to ensure execution quality and high productivity.

Partnerships & Relationship Management
* Build and maintain strong relationships with colleges, universities, coaching institutes, corporates, and local educational partners across Bangalore
* Coordinate with vendors, printing agencies, and event management partners for seamless campaign execution.
