Partnership ManagerRole OverviewYou will own the strategy, execution, and growth of Rubick's strategic partnership ecosystem. This role is focused on building, managing, and scaling high-impact partnerships that drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, product adoption, and long-term business expansion. You will work closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Leadership to create mutually beneficial partnerships that strengthen Rubick's position in the AI and eCommerce ecosystem.The role involves three areas:Part1: The Fundamentals | Part2: AI Driven Strategic Partnership Excellence | Part3: Innovation & Improvements.
Part 1: The Fundamentals
Own and drive Rubick's global partnership strategy across technology partners, global marketplaces , D2C brands, agencies, system integrators, and channel partners.
Build, manage, and strengthen long-term strategic relationships with existing enterprise clients and partners to unlock recent expansion channels across Marketplaces, GTM and Technology Partners.




Identify and convert high-value partnership opportunities that accelerate customer acquisition toward Rubick’s growth roadmap.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Engineering to co-design and execute multi-layer SaaS partnership initiatives.
Lead complex commercial discussions, negotiate multi-tier pricing and revenue-share agreements, and ensure win-win business outcomes.
Own partnership performance end-to-end by tracking business impact, partner satisfaction, net retention, and co-selling revenue contributions.
Part 2: Strategic Partnership Excellence
Build scalable partner ecosystem programs across Technology Alliances (API/PIM/DAM integrations), Referral Partners, Channel Resellers, Marketplace Integrators, and Global Enterprise Alliances.
Develop joint Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies with partners to generate qualified pipeline, leveraging Rubick’s unique multimodal AI capabilities (Voice, Text, Image, V
