Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through voice calls and chat.
- Assist customers with travel bookings, package inquiries, modifications, and cancellations.
- Provide prompt, professional, and accurate customer support.
- Maintain customer records and update the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service.
- Achieve daily productivity and quality targets.
Eligibility ✅ Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
✅ Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
✅ Positive typing speed and basic computer knowledge
✅ Customer service, BPO, or Travel Industry experience will be an added advantage
✅ Positive attitude and willingness to learn
