Experience: 4+ years of relevant experience in VMware Infrastructure (including Wintel, Linux, and Storage environments)

Eligibility: Graduate in Computer Science / IT / Electronics or related field

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor alerts, incidents, and escalations for VMware & OS infra.

Install,



configure & manage VMware environments and Virtual Machines.

Perform OS patching, upgrades, and troubleshooting (Windows/Linux).

Manage network connectivity, DNS, LUNs, and server hardening.

Handle P2V migrations, firmware upgrades & backup management.

Follow ITIL processes – Incident, Change & Problem Management.

Requirements:

Solid knowledge of VMware, Wintel, RHEL & storage systems.

Hands-on with virtualization, patching & performance tuning.

Familiarity with shell scripting, DNS, and automation tools.

Excellent communication and RCA documentation skills.
