Job Summary Develop and optimize CNC programs for VMC machines to manufacture precision-machined valve components with high accuracy and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Create CNC programs (G-Code & M-Code) for VMC machines.
- Read engineering drawings and process sheets.
- Select tooling and machining parameters.
- Optimize cycle time and machining sequence.
- Conduct program prove-outs and trial runs.
- Modify existing programs for productivity improvements.
- Support production during machining.
- Coordinate with Quality and Production departments.
