Assistant Manager / Manager – Demand Planning Analytics & Automation (Fashion Retail)

Location: Gurgaon (WFO)

Experience: 4–8 Years

Industry: Fashion Retail (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities

- Demand forecasting using historical sales, seasonality, promotions, and trends.

- Manage AOP, OTB, seasonal planning, range planning, and inventory planning.

- Perform SKU/category-level demand analysis and inventory optimization.

- Build dashboards and automate reports using Power BI, Tableau, Python, SQL, and Excel.

- Track planning KPIs like Forecast Accuracy, Sell-through, GMROI, Stock Cover, Inventory Days, Markdown %, Fill Rate, Lost Sales, and OTB.

- Work closely with Buying, Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Store Operations teams.

Mandatory Skills

- 4–8 years in Fashion/Apparel Retail Planning.

- Hands-on experience in Demand Forecasting, AOP, OTB, Seasonal Planning, Range Planning, and Inventory Management.

- Robust knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, Python, SQL, and Advanced Excel.

- Experience with automation projects and dashboard development.

- ERP exposure (SAP/Oracle/Microsoft Dynamics) preferred.
