About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Visa Executive to join our travel operations team. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end visa processing for corporate and individual clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion. The role requires strong coordination, documentation, and client communication skills, along with prior experience in the travel and visa services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle complete visa processing for business and leisure travelers.
- Review visa requirements and ensure documentation is complete and accurate.
- Coordinate with clients, embassies, consulates, and visa application centers for smooth processing.
- Stay updated on visa regulations, embassy guidelines, and documentation formats.
- Verify client documents such as passport copies, invitation letters, and itineraries.
- Track application status and update clients regularly.
- Handle queries or escalations related to visa delays or documentation issues.




- Maintain visa trackers, records, and daily reports.
- Support operations with travel coordination when required.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in visa processing or a similar role within the travel industry.
- Sound knowledge of visa requirements for destinations such as the US, UK, Schengen countries, Dubai, and Singapore.
- Strong communication and coordination skills for dealing with corporate clients.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
- Highly organized, accurate, and able to manage multiple files simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in handling corporate visa applications.
- Familiarity with online visa systems such as VFS, BLS, or IVS.
- Understanding of international travel documentation and processes.
