Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end visa processing for tourist, business, student, and other visa categories.

- Guide clients regarding visa requirements, documentation, and application procedures.

- Verify documents for accuracy and completeness before submission.

- Prepare and submit visa applications through embassies, consulates, VFS, BLS, and other authorized visa centers.

- Track application status and provide timely updates to clients.

- Ensure high levels of accuracy, confidentiality, and customer service.

- Maintain proper records of applications and supporting documents

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 1–3 years of hands-on experience in visa processing is mandatory.

- Experience handling visas for multiple countries will be preferred.

- Robust knowledge of documentation and embassy/VFS procedures.

- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.

- Good organizational skills with attention to detail.

- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple applications simultaneously.

- Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
