We’re looking for a creative storyteller behind the lens-someone who doesn’t just shoot and edit videos, but brings ideas to life with intention, emotion, and clarity, to work for a Dynamic Group of College Institution.

This role goes beyond technical execution. We’re seeking a videographer + editor who can conceptualize, direct, and craft compelling visual narratives for YouTube, Instagram Reels,

and institutional branding along with a team.

What You’ll Do:

- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for YouTube, Instagram, and digital platforms
- Lead the creative direction of videos - from concept to final output
- Capture campus life, events, student stories, and institutional highlights in a visually engaging way
- Create reels and short-form content aligned with trends while maintaining a premium,

skilled aesthetic
- Collaborate with the marketing and content team to bring ideas to life
- Handle lighting, framing, sound, and composition to ensure top-notch production quality
- Edit videos with a strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual flow and guide students or interns whenever required.

What We’re Looking For:





- A strong portfolio of videos and content you have personally created (this matters more than years of experience)
- Proficiency in editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar
- A keen eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and visual composition
- Ability to direct shoots confidently—guiding subjects, framing narratives, and executing ideas
- Understanding of social media trends, especially YouTube and Instagram Reels
- Someone who is proactive, creative, and detail-oriented

Bonus If You Have:

- Experience shooting for educational institutions, brands, or social media pages
- Knowledge of motion graphics, transitions, and sound design
- Ability to think in terms of content strategy, not just execution
